Villa Sola is a newly built vacation home (2024) in the southeast of Cape Coral, located in a quiet residential area on a saltwater canal with boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. High sliding glass doors in the living area, which extend across the entire rear of the house, provide access to the large south-facing lanai. Outside you will find a cozy lounge area with an 84' smart TV, dining area for 6 people and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, fridge and bar counter. The large, heated pool with spa and sun-ledge guarantees relaxing hours under the Florida sun.

The well-equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, a large kitchen island and a large pantry. Those who need to work while on vacation can do so in the office space, located just to the left of the foyer. Villa Sola has three generously sized bedrooms, each with king-size beds and 65' TVs. Both the master and junior suites have an en suite bathroom with direct access to the lanai. The second guest room also has its own bathroom.

Of course, free internet is available. A Sonos system provides background music both indoors and outdoors. There are 2 parking spaces for your vehicle in the 3-car garage. You can easily moor your rental boat at the boat dock and start your discovery tour in the Gulf of Mexico.
