The new construction Villa Tranquil Sands (2023), located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the exclusive southwest between Sands Boulevard and El Dorado Parkway West exudes the love of the special.
The modern, extraordinary interior design has been professionally implemented throughout the house and extends up to 1931 sqft of living space. The west-facing, spacious outdoor area has an extra-long, heated pool with a built-in swimming lane. The pool is extra deep. The neighborhood offers pedestrian and bicycle paths.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the junior master each have patio doors leading out to the pool deck and king size beds, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and its own vanity fair. The small room in the entrance area is equipped with an additional "junior size" daybed and, like all other bedrooms, with a "walk-in" closet and curtains or shutters for darkening.
Villa Tranquil Sands welcomes up to four people.
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.
