The electrically heated pool is about 28 feet and equipped with a spa, an extra-long underwater bench and a Sun Ledge, which is particularly suitable as a play area for children due to its shallow water depth. The outdoor kitchen with premium gas grill, the outdoor smart TV, the mosquito screen with two large panoramic windows overlooking the canal as well as the tropical garden with palm trees and hibiscus complete the perfect conditions for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation experience.

The three bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, king-size beds, and large smart TVs including popular apps like Amazon Prime and Netflix. Plantation Shutters are typical of the Sunshine State and make blacking out the bedrooms a breeze. The master suite also has a bath tub, dual sinks and, like the junior suite, provides direct access to the pool area and beautiful views of the canal.

A boat dock with lift at the house is expected to be available to guests from spring/summer 2024.
