The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.

PermalinkRecently, for the month of March, we stayed at Silversands. What an amazing home. Everything about the home is truly paradise. Decorated so eloquently but still so comfortable. Plenty of space and an amazing home you can entertain comfortably. Great location, nice and quiet and lots of places to walk and enjoy the beautiful homes nearby. We would definitely rent this vacation home again. What a find? Thank you for sharing this dream vacation home with us.

PermalinkMein Mann und ich haben unseren Urlaub im August/September 2018 in der Villa Silversands verbracht.
Die Villa ist äußerst gepflegt, die Inneneinrichtung sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich gehalten. Sie ist sehr großzügig gebaut, die Küche ist ein Traum , da hat sogar das Kochen Spaß gemacht☺ Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel, die Mastersuite hat direkten Blick und Zugang zum Pool und Kanal, da ist uns Langschläfern das Aufstehen sehr leicht gefallen.... Die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen, es ist alles vorhanden, selbst ein Sorround Sound ist im Haus, man hat auch auf der Terrasse Musik, was uns sehr gefallen hat.
Der Pool ist wunderschön und bietet mit einem Whirlpool und Topausblick jeglichen Komfort. Am Bootssteg kann man abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen und die springenden Fische beobachten
Die Lage der Villa Silversands ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in kürzester Entfernung zu erreichen.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollsten Zügen genossen und können die Villa wirklich wärmstens empfehlen, sie hat einen besonderen Flair, den man in seinem Urlaub nicht vermissen möchte.
Es ist uns unglaublich schwer gefallen, das Haus am Urlaubsende zu verlassen, aber wir wissen Gott sei Dank, dass wir wieder in die Villa Silversands zurückkehren werden!!!!

PermalinkWir haben unseren absoluten Traumurlaub in der Villa Silversands verbracht. DAS Haus ist perfekt für einen längeren Trip nach Florida. Super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Traum von Küche und wunderschöne Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Villa liegt in perfekter Lage, nicht weit zur "Innenstadt" und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage voll zum entspannen. Direkt im Grünen und am Blauen, lässt es sich super regenerieren.
Bis bald VIlla Silversands! Wir kommen wieder!
