The modern vacation home "Villa Sun Breeze" (built in 2018) is located in the centre of Cape Coral directly at Schamrock Lake, in southwest exposure with wonderful views over the lake and fantastic sunsets. The vacation home has no boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (fresh water canal). The Historic District in Downtown Fort Myers with many shops and restaurants is only 10 minutes away by car.

The bathroom of the master suite is equipped with a very large shower and a bathtub as well as double washbasins with quartz countertops. A further bathroom (pool bath) with bathtub/shower and washbasin with quartz countertop is at the guests' disposal. The spacious living area with large flat-screen TV (and DVD player) is connected to a small office, the kitchen area with high-quality built-in appliances and kitchen counter as well as the dining area. From the living room, room-high sliding glass doors lead into the very spacious lanai area with a modern pool (13' * 30') with sunledge. Of course, the pool can be heated electrically and cannot be seen by the neighbours due to the tropical landscaping. WLAN is available everywhere in the house. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for relaxing beach trips. We look forward to hearing from you.
