Modern and luxury Villa Clifton Bay with direct access to the gulf of Mexico was built mid 2017. It is situated in the desirable and premium southwest of Cape Coral at the Clifton Canal close to Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point marinas as well as to numerous shopping and restaurant options.
The villa was built on an approx. 10,000 sqft (1,000 sqm) estate with palm trees and tropical plants and comprises approx. 2,150 sqft (200 sqm) living area, a spacious (and partly covered) terrace and pool area with heated pool and spa. Its Western rear exposure guarantees sun from early morning until sunset which you can enjoy at the pool or – close to the water – on the patio down by the private boat dock. The boat dock is also equipped with an underwater fish light, attracting plenty of fish at night.
The modern and at the same time cozy living area with the open kitchen and dining area offers fantastic views of the outdoor area, the pool and the canal. Large sliders allow for direct access to the pool area. The living area has a 4K UHD LED 65 inch TV with HD cable TV.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with access to the pool) offer enough space for up to 6 persons. The two master bedrooms (master suite and junior master suite) offer direct access and views of the pool area and the canal. All three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, spacious closets (spacious walk-in closets in the master suite), 4K UHD LED 55 or 42 inch TVs with HD cable TV.
Those of you who cannot avoid some business can adjourn to the den. In addition to the desk, the den also comprises a sofa with views of the front garden.
Of course, this vacation home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free high-speed WIFI.
The outdoor area is dominated by the heated pool and spa (with multi color pool light package). The main lanai offers an outdoor dining area with premium Weber gas-fired BBQ grill. On a relaxing day at the pool, use the lounge chairs, the additional lounge area or additional Adirondeck chairs, the outdoor shower and the pool bathroom. The entire pool area is protected by a screen.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept, illuminated garden. The boat dock includes a boat lift for boat rentals (up to 10,000 lbs). Quick access to the gulf of Mexico, to beaches on Sanibel and Captiva islands as well as to bars and restaurants on the many nearby islands is guaranteed.
During your stay, the generously equipped kitchen, a place in the car garage, washer and dryer units in the laundry room, sufficient linens, bath and beach towels, electric iron and ironing board as well as hairdryers are at your disposal. Baby cot and highchair are available for free use in the house.
