Nestled in an avenue of palm trees and facing west, Villa Ocean Dream is located in a quiet residential area in the highly sought after southwest of Cape Coral.
The coastal-style villa offers a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings and a fireplace, and the interior in various shades of blue corresponds with the colors of the ocean. The large, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area open completely onto the lanai area. The kitchen with kitchen countertop is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances and a quartz counter-top. Bicycles, a kayak, a Nespresso coffee maker, Sonos music system and a baby fence for pool safety are also available.There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
The three bedrooms provide king-size beds. Two bedrooms provide a bath en suite. The master suite and a guest bedroom have direct access to the lanai and views of the canal.
The outdoor area with pool/spa and outdoor kitchen (built-in sink, barbecue, hood) offers enough space for all guests.
The pool is cleaned without chlorine using a salt system.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the spacious lanai with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge area and comfortable sun loungers. A boat deck with Tiki hut and boat lift (13,000 pounds) is available for your rental boat. So there's nothing to stop you setting off on exciting trips in the Gulf of Mexico.
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.
