The exclusive, modern decorated vacation Villa "Felicity" invites you to an unforgettable dream vacation. Located on the West Coast of Florida in South East Cape Coral, in the area known as Bimini Basin Yacht Club Quartier. Here you can find the "original" Florida with its original atmosphere. The Yacht Club, Clubhouse, Fishing Pier, City Beach, and the famous Restaurant "Boathouse" right on the Caloosahatchee River. All just minutes away by car or boat. Also just minutes away are numerous shops for daily needs as well as upscale restaurants. Just off of the house's large boat dock with romantic Tiki Hut you are just a few minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (no bridges, no locks). Please notice: Boat lift isn't available (occupied by owner's boat).
The open floor plan of this exclusive Vacation home boasts large open living spaces, with a light-filled living area. The open corner style kitchen comes outfitted generously, with a 4 bar stool counter, an elegant dining area, and 2 modern reading corners. All floors are designed with high quality tile and wood. Entertainment equipment such as 3x flat screen TV’s, stereo system with CD / DVD Player, and free High-speed Internet (wireless). In the laundry room next to the double car garage are washer and dryer units. Sufficient linens are provided as well as bath / beach towels.
The Master suite (king-size bed, flat-screen TV) with attached master bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and double vanities. The 2 guest suites (queen beds, flat-screen TV in 1 guest room) with common bathroom and shower. All bedrooms have spacious walk-in closets. The master bedroom and 1 guest room will have access directly to the large pool and patio area via sliding glass doors.
The furnishings of the large (partially covered) patio area offers 6 seats and 4 additional comfortable chairs. So sunbathing and swimming are at your disposal daily. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets daily while you BBQ on your spacious patio and play in the extra-large swimming pool (36' * 13'), with Jacuzzi. Pool and Jacuzzi are heated either electrically or with an energy efficient a solar system. The Villa Felicity offers everything you need for a memorable and wonderful vacation in the Sunshine State.
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.

wenn Sie ein schönes, sauberes, perfekt eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort für Ihre Lieben wünschen als Heimat - fernab der Heimat, dann sind Sie hier absolut richtig!
Gleichzeitig ist die Lage sehr zentral und alle Inseln, Strände, Shopping-Malls, Attraktionen und sehenswerte Orte lassen sich von hier perfekt erobern!
Egal ob Erwachsene oder auch für Kinder, hier ist für alle ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Golfseite Floridas komplett zu erkunden.
Abwicklung durch NMB ist perfekt, hilfsbereit werden Sie hier durch alle Formalitäten geführt und auch vor Ort findet natürlich eine Rundumbetreuung statt!
Haben unseren vergangenen Urlaub (vier Wochen) hier sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
