Both breakfast nook and formal dining room overlook the pool area. In addition, there is a separate den with free Wi-Fi available to guests.

From the great room you access the 3 spacious bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and its own bathroom. The master bath is held in neutral colors and offers double sinks, light wood cabinets, granite countertop, a large mirror, as well as both tub and large shower. Sliders lead from the master bedroom, which has a King size bed, out to the pool area. The same feature can be found in one of the guest bedrooms – both of which feature a Queen size bed. Naturally, each bedroom is equipped with a large flat screen TV.

The tall sliders along the light and airy great room are pocket sliders and allow the patio area to be fully integrated into the living space. A high-quality dining table for six is set up on the patio, which is partially covered and offers plenty of space to relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue at night. A gas grill is provided.
