This amazing 2,400 sqft new construction home, features Granit counter tops, a breakfast nook which overlooks the pool area and tray ceilings in the living area and master-suit. The very spacious master bathroom includes double sinks, a larg rain shower and a designer-freestanding bathtub. Take advantage of the oversized sliding doors in the master bedroom, which lead to the pool and Jacuzzi area. The living area offers comfortable and spacious seating, as well as 4m high ceilings.
Enter the pool area through a 3 meter high glass sliding door. The generous outside living area includes decorative pavings, sun loungers, a dining area for up to 6 people, a gas grill and much more. You will also be able to enter the house through the pool-bathroom. No boat dock yet.
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.
